The Secret Headquarters is not a microcosm of Echo Park/Silverlake. Some locals have probably never set foot through its squeaky door, and maybe never will. But those that have are hidden gems: people so quirky, intelligent and opinionated that you only wish you could be cool enough to hang with them.
